dvd+rw help

i have an old hp 100j dvd+rw writer and my dvd player doesnt accept dvd+rw's. i use to have a program that would alter something on the dvd+rw and my player would then read it. i cant find this program now. does anyone know where i could find it?? thnk u very much

do you use to know the program name ?
uninstall something ?
Isn't it in the Program Folder ?

Try contol panel under remove/add new programs to try to identify the software in the list
