I have a LG-4040B duel format burner. I've been using memorex + and - disk with outstanding results not one bad disk is over 25 burns. My question is, is there anyone who have this burner and if so can you recommend a different brand of media that you have had great results with. Thanks Too-Cool

The general consensus when it comes to balancing quality with price usually seems to be Ritek. This is the brand I now use, and have had no problems. I think I got a 100pk of Ritek +R's for around $75 or so.

Thanks for the fast reply, I'll start looking for and alternative for the Memorex, but if the price is about the same, I'll stay with Memorex since it has not failed me. I'm just getting into backing up my movies but results thus far is remarkable I can only tell the difference if I look real close, like they say, is it real or is it memorex. Thanks again Too-Cool
