Help with shrink and nero

I downloaded nero 6 and shrink 3.1.7, installed and still not working? PLEASE HELP...
I am truly sorry, but I need to ask what to do if I am getting a error message that says could not perform start of disk-at-once, Burn process failed at 2x

Something to that effect. Please help I am new to all of this. I have been using x-copy express and it only copy's the movie, no extra's. Someone told me about shrink and that it was the best...

If you're using NERO v.6.0.0, download an update immediately. V.6.0.0 is flawed...
