From what are you trying to burn a DVD:

        1) A commercial DVD
        2) A DVD that you created
        3) A downloaded .AVI or MPEG movie
        4) An .AVI or MPEG movie that you created

        etc.

What software did you use to compress the files and what media did you use?

The burning software shouldn't cause any lip sync problems. I also don't do other things at the same time as burning.

What version of Nero? Thinking about it, the first few versions of Nero 6 were buggy.

You could also try writing to a ISO image and burn with DVD Decrypter.

Also get a RW disc to test with.

The latest versions of Nero 6 are rock solid, and I have never had any problems with any Nero version.

I skipped the first four or five versions of Nero 6.

Have you attempted to play the Shrink project on a "Software" player such as "WinDVD" or "PowerDVD" to determine if the Sync problem is present?
