Invalid DVD structure!

I use DVD shrink 3.2 for DVD backups, and it works fine. But there is one DVD which when I try to OPEN gives this error message:

"DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Invalid DVD navigation structure."

Now this DVD works fine when played on a DVD player or on any software player

Any suggestions on how I can back it up? Thanks.

with DVD Decrypter.

drecript to a folder the full DVD disc and them open the folder from Shrink using 'Open FIles'.
