    Need help with DVD Decrypter

I seem to be having problems using DVD Decrypter and was hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

    Here's the story:

I use DVD Decrypter to transfer the DVD from my DVD burner to my hard drive using the VOB file form. Then, I use Shrink to Shrink the files down so that I can burn an image. Next, I use ImgTool to create an ISO image in small (less than 1 gb) chunks. After ImgTool is done, it automatically launches DVD Decryper again to burn the image to a blank disc. Unfortunately, the disc only gets about 3 to 30 percent complete and then I get an error message saying I have an I/O error, failed to write sectors, Invalid address for write, and a bunch of other numbers that don't really mean anything to me. So I have tried this a couple of times and I get the same message. I know my burner is working because I was using Nero to burn, which was working great until the version expired (trial version) and then when I went to download the next trial version it wouldn't read my new discs. This I why I am using Imgtool, but have not had any success with this new system.

Also, I do have one more question. It seems that my hard drive is getting filled up very quickly and I am not sure why. I delete my files when I am done, and have emptied the recylce bin completely. I read some of the other posts that dealt with this problem, which was due to some Norton files being hidden in the recycle bin, but I don't have Norton on my computer anymore so I am not sure what to check next.

I am running windows ME upgraded from 98. I also still have plenty of room on my hard drive - almost 40 gb left.

any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Get v.3.2 of DVD Shrink - it can create split .ISOs (and send you directly to DVD DEcrypter to burn), thereby eliminating the need for the intermediate step of using IMGTool...
