I/O Device Error DVDShrink3.2

I have been able to backup my DVD using DVDShrink 3.1.7. All the sudden I got I/O Errors. It will not open the file. I was using NERO 6. I have downloaded all the updates. I installed DVDShrink3.2 and I am getting the same problems.

Everything was working fine. I was able to backup DVDs. Now it is just dead. Any suggestions? I am a newbie and stuck.

Uncheck the option "burn with Nero" in Shrink preferences.
