i have xp error message using nero wnaspi32dll i have already uninstalled and reinstalled nero thanks but that did not work does anyone have any ideas

I got the same error the very first time I tried this, what I am sure fixed my problem was installing the ASPI....this I did a very long time ago and can not remember how you install the ASPI, I have a new system and having the same problem....so if anyone can give us the step for step instructions on how to load the ASPI we could have both our problems resolved!!

thanks cynthia a+ on link that got the burn started it did go to 80% then error message no seek could not perform end disk at once whats the next step

hi cynthia my firmware was updated nero message was 63117 using interface 63114 i did an update on nero it stated i do have 63117 what kind blanks do you use where can i get them thanks

NERO often generates this as a FALSE error message.

Did you try to PLAY the burned DVD?

yes thers was nothing on it also tried different media it stated could not perform start of disk at once media used memorex -r maxell-r memorex rw -r whats the next step i have63117 nero stated 63117 using interface 6314 dont know why it saying i am using 6314 when i did an update thanks
