This is a "huge" movie (file wise).

Any chance you can try DVD Shrink?

The movie needs to be heavily compressed to fit on one disc,so Shrink may be your answer.

This is the second disk for the Lord of the Rings-Return of the Kings that I have tried. Both give me the same error.

I ripped it with Decrypter and finished it with InterVideo 1.2, no problems. Must be some system/hardware problem specific to you.

              Post some system specs.

                  To saltlickdog

"This is the first DVD I could not burn."

Have you successfully burned any DVDs AFTER having this problem with LOTR-ROTK?

If you are now unable to successfully burn a DIFFERENT DVD, the problem is probably your burner.

Try running a DVD/CD cleaning disc on the burner. Maxell makes one that retails for approximately $10US...
