dvd shrink 3.2

when i click open disc after a about 20 % i get this

DVD shrink encountered an error and cannor continiue

feild to read "d:\"

data error (cyclic redundancy check)

can anybody help me

Usually occurs when the disc has been scratched or is dirty. Clean the disc & try again. But if the scratches are too deep you won't be able to copy it.
