Convert PAL DVD to NTSC DVD

been looking all over the net for a a simple
converter from pal-ntsc for dvd that will allow you to keep everything including the chapters!!
Anyone have an info on this.
I have tried Procoder be the image blurred
for some reason!!!

There isn't one yet.

The procoder way is suppose to be one of the best ways at the moment. I would like to try it out sometime.

I know a very very long way of doing it....let me know if you are interested....I had a similar problem, so it`s worth trying, but a lot of work!!
