An Error

I just started getting this error message, its never done it before. When i start to backup the movie it goes for like 5secs then stops and says dvd shrink has encountered and error- programming error, exception occured, the handle is invalid. Im tryin to backup and burn the punisher. Any help would be great.

Give a try to 3.1.7, works like it should.
