    "i have roxio media creator 7 on my system too... is that a problem...."

    Definitely. NERO and Roxio DO NOT peacefully co-exist...

      Also I saw this "....Power calibration error..." You might want to do a search (button at top of page) and see the many post regarding this error.

          If one of the items that you downloaded from Nero was InCD I would NOT install it as it has been reported many times to cause problems with other software.

            What brand of discs do you use for burning?

            There is a new firmware for your cd burner;

              i use kodak dvd+r discs... well i burned 3 movies with them before my format and they worked...i think i might try removing that copy of nero smartstart and all the crap that came with it and try to find just nero burning rom....thats what i had before format and it worked...my friend sent it to me and it worked good, but since the format we havn't been able to get the connection on msn to work..it wont let him send me any files now...so i have to try to find nero somewhere....
              tnx for the helps.. 8)

                        Hmmmm, hmmm

                        First on your uploaded log file erase the SERIAL nr please.

                        Then the problem you are experiencing is BAD disks.

                        Then what you done is ilegal and once more against FORUM rules. I suggest you erase these files ASAP.
