Problem When I Burn With Dvd Decrypter

    Hi:

    My name is Laura:

    Please somebody help me.

I followed step by step the Quick DVD Backup Guide using DVD Decrypter, IfoEdit and DVD Img Tool, (I don't know how to burn DVD's using nero, in fact I have nero 6.3, so I used DVD Decrypter). To be sure everything works properly, as you suggest, I checked with Power DVD the movie works properly in my pc and everything was fine, so I followed to burn the first disc.

When the burn process finished, I tried to play the DVD in a commercial DVD player (Sony). The menu including languages and subtitles was fine. I start to play the movie, and about 30 min. before the first disc ends, the image and sound start to freeze it. The DVD player works properly with any commercial DVD.

Really I'm frustrated. I start again the process -again and again-, (so many times), and I always have the same error.

In step 6.2 you say settings should be set: Data Type : Mode 1/2048 but I couldn't find this option to be set in DVD Decrypter. Maybe this is the reason I can't make backups of my DVD's

My DVD burner is an OPTORITE DD 0405
    DVD Decrypter v3.5.1.0

Somebody please tell me what to do. PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEE …..

Sorry for my English I hope you can understand me.

    Laura

Many times when a disc skips, jumps, freezes ect it's due to compatability issues. Check your burner and player:

to see what others have to say about them and you'll find that a great many companies do not make their own disc so use a program like http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com
to just WHO made the disc your have problems with. Here is a guide for burning with Nero as a seperate step:

Until you get your issues fixed us a RW disc to reduce coasters and after you read the above and you still have problems come back and someone will be happy to try and help you through it.
