    DVD Shrink3.2 Issue

After a couple months of using shrink successfully, all of a sudden I am getting an error message at the end of the anaylizing phase.
Error reported is "cyclic redundancy check".
I also notice in the dvd browser window (of DVD Shrink) a constant refresh... This refresh also happens with no disk in the drive tray!

No system changes on my machine, current virus protection (no detected viruses either).

    Any ideas???

Oh yea, I should also mention that I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling DVD Shrink and am still experiencing the issue.

That error indicates that your reader/burner can't read the DVD. Try to clean it. Toothpaste could do.

There are some error corrections in a DVD player.

K, thanks... I'll try cleaning the disk and try another disk as well...
BTW, the constant refresh issue I never had before either.

            I'll report success or failure.
