nutech ddw081 fw probs
hi all !!
i have just bought the nutech ddw081 and have upgraded the firmware with the 360 dual update and the drive seems to be ok and drive then shows as a ddw 082 but if i try to update to any of the higher firmware patches it will not see dvd -r disks and goes back to showing as ddw081
the drive is installed on the primary ide as a master (sata hdd)
but when i try to flash anything higher than the 360 fw it goes back to an 81 drive i suspect this is why it wont show dvd-r media any ideas from you guys

also i have realised that i have changed the bit vsetting on dvd-r to dvd rom will this make a difference as i read somewhere that this only needs to be changed for dvd+r
