need burning help with sonic

I have successfully completed DVD Shrink,but now I am trying to burn the movie through sonic.I have 2 bup file,2 vob files and 1 ifo file.Can somebody please tell me how is burn these files to the dvd.

Here is a online tutorial for your burning program - perhaps that will help you. I have never used that program myself.
