    DVD Shrink Problem

Ok, I am relatively new to using DVD shrink and I was so thrilled with how well it has been going since I first started using it. I was so surprised by how easy it was to use and was loving being able to back up all these dvd's. However, I have now come acrss a problem that I am not sure how to overcome. For some reason it is not burning the dvd's. I go through all the motions and DVD Shrink will analyse the disc and then after clicking the backup button, it then goes through the necccesary stuff. However, as soon as it gets to the burning stage, it automatically gives me an error message saying it can't didn't burn properly. I have tried looking at the message but can't make any sense of the technical jargon to fix the problem.

I have attached the error message for anyone who may be able to help!!

Begin by doing a Nero update: http://www.nero.com/en/nero-up.php

Also remove your Nero serial number from your post, it begins 1A20

Thank you everyone for your help and suggestions over the last few days. Well, it looks as though I have worked out what my problem was. Each time I was getting the error message, I was using the same blank disc. I tried un-installing DVD Shrink and then re-installing and I tried it again. This time I used a different blank disc and it worked. I tried another and it worked too. I then went back and use the first blank disc and once aga in got the same error message. I have now put it down to a faulty blank dvd disc. Has anyone ever experienced a faulty disc before? I am just curious because I have never had a problem with blank cd's before and I never even thought that they could be faulty.
