Finally a reply, of sorts, see below. I'll try updating again and see how it goes. Although, judging by the fact that the email appears to have been written by a 10 year old, I don't hold out too much hope. Will let you know how it goes.

Anyway sweety, Ahead are not very proffesional in theire replies, I think no support people are, really...

This is mainly because they assume too much, what I mean by this is that they are trained only to deal with beginners help, very basic help and not trained to deal with the more technical or better user like a good proportion of the users... So they assume if we need help were idiots...

Little do they know it is theire **** software that as more holes than the goverments yearly budget that is causing griefe... Ence thety put out more updates than any other average software installed in PC these days...

Maybe I am wrong about this and your right, they employ 10 year old people to deal with the amount of mail regarding problems...


It takes Ahead 3 to 4 weeks to answer my e-mails (not that the reply helps) I just keep hoping I suppose....

I hate to burst your bubble but gmail is hardly a secret...

The only thing is that gmail is googles version of email the only diference is that they offer 1 gigabyte inbox (free) as oposed to hotmail that offers 2mb or to all the lucky ones out there 250mb that had it recently upgraded...

Gmail however is more selective and you cant open an account unless by invitation...

I thought you would like to be a member hence why I alerted you to that fact....
