DVDR Help: PAL to NTSC?

Im wondering if this can be done?

Converting a PAL .img file (extracted to give the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders) to an NTSC format, while keeping all the original menus?

Can this be accomplished?

I found out my dvd player doesnt have any freakin region code hacks, and i really wanna watch a dvdr i got, which is unfortunately, in PAL.

I suggest you burn those files to a RW just to perform the conversion as per tutorial....
