Backup Of Resident Evil Apocalypse

I'm using DVD SHRINK, NERO 6 (latest version) and I just downloaded DVD DECRYPTER. I'm trying to backup Resident Evil Apocalypse, and I notice that the disc contains the FULL SCREEN and WIDE SCREEN versions of this movie. The problem with that is I can't rip it at all. I'm getting errors, and I know it's because that disc is too big. I'm not really into computers and software, but I've tried reading the "help" on DVD SHRINK and I've tried RE-AUTHORING the disc, but I'm confused on what to do. Does anyone know what I can do to successfully backup this disc? P.S. I can backup this disc if I could only remove one of the versions (FULL SCREEN or WIDESCREEN), but I don't know how. Thanks
