Question about DVD+RDL

By having a DVD+RDL will I get the full movie without compression?

Depends on how big the source DVD is.

so lets say the source is 7mb which would fit onto a DL disc would there be any compression? and how would i set that up? or would it be done by DVD Decrypter?

Surely you mean 7GB? And no, there shouldn't be any compression if total GB is 7. In DVD Shrink preferences, you would have to change the Target DVD to DVD-9 (8.5GB)
