Updating firmware in sequence?

When updating official firmware for my Pioneer DVR-108 do I have to update in sequence?
At present it has firmware 1.00 installed. Can I update using the 1.18 firmware or do I have to go in order using 1.10 , 1.14, + then 1.18.

Hey Janet.

I downloaded the firmware update and it keeps telling me target path not found. What's that all about? Do I need to put it in a certain folder or spot?
