Why use Nero to burn over Shrink???

Just wondering if there are any difinitive reasons to use Shrink to copy and Nero to do the actual burn and not just use Shrink for the whole process of copying and burning.

I've run into some issues that I explained in this thread http://forum.digital-digest.com/show...threadid=46193

    Thanks in advance

Well, when you say "Shrink for the whole process of copying and burning."

DVD Shrink is not the program that actually burns. Nero is actually the one burning. DVD Shrink just uses its own interface with that option. Without Nero installed, you cannot even use this option.

So, either method you use. Your still using both programs the same.

      Thanks Jmet,

Your right, I forgot about that when I posted the question.

I'm still trying to figure out why my burned DVD's freeze up on my Phillips and Panasonic and work just fine on my SOny Stand alone DVD players.

I'm stummped. I feel I'm following proper procedures in my duplication process.

Could you check out the thread I posted a link to above and see if I'm missing something.

      Thanks for the help.
