Question burning with DVDDecyrpter?

Ok thanks for qall the previous help. I burned my first DVD using DVDDecrypter and Dvd Shrink using the guide, problem is the very beginning of the movie is choppy then seems to be ok. On the PC's and stand alones. Im using TDKdvd-r. Is it something Im doing wrong or is the media? Thanks
