    Nero errror

    Hi can someone help when burning home movies AVI to dvd with Nero they get right to the end and fail this is the error can someone help regards Greg

      Where is the serial normally located in the log?

            This is one of your problems. Your burner doesn't like the brand of media you are using. I suggest in obtaining some Ritek Ridata brand or Verbatim brand media.

            If so uninstall them!

                    changed the media, updated the firmware and I took the tick out of the box that said burn at once and it works fine now
