    Dvd recording = Help please

Why is it that sometimes when I burn audio/video TS onto a blank DVD and play it on a DVD player it's all screwed up?
It goes into a loop before it even gets to the Menu Options or it starts to play the last few minutes of the movie into credits and then it plays the beginning without showing a Menu option.
The funny part is that when you play it on computer, every burn that I do works great on PC.

Digit Dude welcome to the forums! Would you like to elaborate on "all screwed up" ?
    • Give us some details of what your doing.
    • What programs you using to decrypt the DVD?
    • How fast your burning?
    • What brand of media you are using?
    • What program are you burning with?
    • Have you upgraded your firmware?
    • Are you experiencing freezing, skipping, etc. ?

Computers are more compatable with burned dvds.

Many dvd players have problems with recordable dvds.

Iroincally many cheap dvd players ($20-$40) have the upgraded chips for wider compatability.

      Good Luck

I download IMG and ISO files from the usernet and use daemon tools to view these files. I have a LG 4040B burner (I've upgreaded the firmwire last November) and the media I use is Memorex 4x and 8x DVD-R. I'm using Roxio CD/DVD 6.0 program with burning speed of 4x. Whenever I'm burning I don't have anything running in the background. I don't experience any freezing or skipping with the burns, only the specific I mentioned before.
