error Burning with Nero

f I post this in the wrong forum please direct me to the right one.

I am at my witts end as to why my Aopen burner is acting this way. I can burn CD's fine but when it
comes to DVD's check out my log.

With DVD-R media, leave the booktype alone.

Booktype is only for + media.

You may have inadvertently changed it.

ok...how do I change it in Nero???
I have tried resetting everything to default....uninstalling Nero AND removing
everything from the registry...rebooting a few times....then installing Nero again.
