RITEK-R03-002 - DYNEX DVD+R

These are DYNEX DVD+R brand purchased at Best Buy. I have had about %50 percent success rate with them. I burned most of them at 4X , if I got a coaster burning at 4X . I would then try another 1 at 2.5X . That solved the coaster problem. Still experienced mild pixelation, freezing, stuttering, etc. with them, even at 2.5X burning speed. I would not recommend them.

Just about the best going around as far as I am concerned. 300+ burns not a single coaster. Don't ever expect one.

Burns all the way to 4482Mb, no problems, no errors, not ever.

Plays 100% in my SONY, NAD and all PC drives I have. Buy them, but beware, Ritek is reputed to be changing to Ricohjpn. Insist on these ones!

BTW: Mine are unbranded silver.

The difference between jmet's experience and mine can possibly be put down to "horses for courses". Clearly my burner and players like these disks, while jmet's have trouble.

So, readers, please take all such comments and feedback with a grain a salt and use what works for you!
