Apex DRX-9000 & Cyberhome 1500 Repair

Hi, I know that power supplies in Apex DRX-9000 and Cyberhome 1500 DVD recorders burn out quite often and they also overheat because I have one of each. Now you don't have to throw them away because there is a website that has tips on installing a cooling fan and fixing the power supplies that you can go to for help.

seems even with the component technology nowdays, apex (&/or the manufacturer) are choosing to use inferior components
such a poor design when it goes to the point of continuously blowing tracks of the ccb
