Problem with DL of the LG GWA-4161b

Hi guys!

I need your support now! I have buy the DVD burner (LG GWA-4161B). It's Double Layer. Everything work fine, I can burn DVD-R, no problem at all, the only thing it's when I try to burn a DVD+R DL. It dosen't found my disk! What I need to do?

And yes it's supposed to be DVD+R DL.

What burning program do you use? Sure it's updated if it's Nero?

Ok I use Nero OEM. The one I have receive with my DVD Burner. For the firmware I don't know where to found it. I have try to go on the website of LG and I have found nothing for my model.

I use right now Memorex DVD+R DL. Is it what you are asking for?

Try to update your Nero - it's free. Latest version is 6.6.0.12.

Ok I have update Nero and nothing good there! What I don't understand it's when I make the info setting, I see everything like DVD+R DL. It's when I try to read it, I found nothing. Where is the problem?

If you want to do a simple copy 1:1 you could try to use DVD Decrypter for the burning.

Hi.

I already use this program. My only problem now it's the Double Layer option. I try to read DVD+R DL on my DVD burner and it's dosen't read the DVD. It's only my problem.

Thanks for the tips! I will go buy new DVD and I will try to take Verbatims.. Probably only there the problem! Thanks! I give you somes news after that!

Thanks for your support! Very appreciate. I have try with Verbatim and it's working now! With Memorex only the DVD-R work fine. DVD+R DL Memorex dosen't work.
