When you say 'downloading' which for me is a term of something you 'download' from the internet or do you mean when you download that you transfer the contents of your DVD to your hard disk or? I just don't get you.

What do you use to bypass Sony ARccOS. To help you burn dvd's is what I am asking you. Cause that is what is preventing everyone from downloading Blade Trinity and burning it ?

        Your TERMINOLOGY is causing confusion:

When you say, "what is preventing everyone from downloading Blade Trinity"

Are you actually DOWNLOADING "Blade Trinity" via the Internet

        OR

Do you OWN the ACTUAL commercial DVD of "Blade Trinity" and are referring to COPYING that ACTUAL commercial DVD?

        OR

Do you mean yet something else?

I own the DVD and copying it. And what is preventing from people copying he movie is the Sony ARccOS. Which is a block I would think that is preventing people from copying the movie ? And was wondering what program is out there to unblock the Sony ARccOS?

            Sorry, for the confusion SnowDolphin.

Your other thread is now unlocked.

If you live in region code other than 2 you can use www.dvd43.com .

Another good program that deals with ARccOS is www.dvddecrypter.com

            Both are freeware.

I hate to burst your bubble but I have used DVD dycrypter and DVD shrink both programs and neither one has worked for me. I have several smashed DVD'S to prove it . Well actually there all in the garbage now that I cleaned up my computer room. So that is what I am asking is there any other program out there that will work to bypass Sony ARccOS? Neither one of those programs worked for me and I am thinking that the programs havent worked for alot of people.

              Snowdolphin

              P.S.
I live in NY and I havent touched the region free thing on either of the programs DVD Shrink or the DVD Decrypter one. In the DVD Shrink program where it saids Region Free is Checked off I didnt touch any of those I just downloaded Blade trinity like the DVD Shrink program was and same with the DVD Decrypter. There is a Checkmark on the region free square.

(Commercial) DVD95Copy will handle ARccOS-protected DVDs effortlessly...

I couldnt figure out how to use that program that is why I put in forum the program I found that I used and it worked fantastically. I am so sorry for the confussion. So next time I post something like that I will put here is another program that will help you be able to download the movie to your hard drive and burn it. Something like that. Will that be ok in the future?

                    @ SnowDolphin:

You must be the one and only person that I have heard of that can't use DVD Decrypter on ARccOS DVDs.

Can you post the logfile from a 'download'/rip when you used DVD Decrypter?

                    You did use ver 3.5.4.0?

YES I DID LOL. I used DVD decrypter 3.5.4.0.
Then I used the iso file to shrink it and try burning it with nero and it wouldnt burn right so I found that program I posted and I had no problems at all once I downloaded and used that program. I cant tell you how many DVD's I wasted but it was enough. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds as your problem is in the burning stage.

You have used Nero. Could you post the last report on a faulty burning. You find the logfile here: C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\NeroHistory.log

Could be that your stand alone player don't like region free discs.

What program did you burn with that solved your play back problem?

                              I used NERO for burning.
Its the only program I have ever used LOL. And with the program that I have listed on the forum that is all I did to get Blade Trinity. I kept the program running while I was burning the movie. And once I finished I put it in my dvd player and It worked.

I have had a successful burn. No trouble at all. I did do re-author though.
