Maybe you should try burning with the DVD Decrypter in ISO

I have had the same problem as you. I get a copyright error on Blade Trinity Disk. The disk is totally clean. I have tried the DVD decrypter and it gets an IO error around 60% into it. I have run into the "copyright protected" error before on National Treasure, but decrypter worked on it.
I am out of ideas.Comment

Try to rip it with another drive if you have one. Update your firmware. If both of those do not resolve the issue, return it for another copy.Comment

i burned it successfully but i didnt save the log i burned it with nero recodeComment

R4's Blade 3 was fine - no errors in the rip with DVD Decrypter3.5.4.0 at all. It's a bad disk - doesn't matter if you can see the "scratch" or not.
