"Unsupported format in Drive F" message on PowerDVD

Can anyone help out?
I've had a few succesful backups of DVDs just using DVDShrink. But for some reason, lately when I try to play the copy, PowerDVD says "Unsupported Format in Drive F" (F is my DVD writer/player).
DVDShrink successfully backs up a compressed copy of the DVD to my hard drive. Then Nero burns successful copies of the file. But the resulting disc is not playable.
I've given up burning with Nero because of this problem. But I've tried burning with DVDDecrypter and still have the same result.

This time, I saved the DVDShrink Backup as an "ISO" file.

In DVDDecrypter, I selected 'write ISO' and browsed for the file, (in this case, Shrek 2) until it found it. Then burned. Decrypter reported a successful burn. But when I try to play the disc, PowerDVD says 'unsupported format in Drive F'.

If I try to look at the contents of the disc in Windows Explorer, it says 'F not accessible', as if there is just a blank disc in it.

Can anyone offer any advice? Here is the log file from DVDDecrypter.

Have tried to play one of these unsuccessful dvds in a standalone player? It's possible that your writer really doesn't like these disc.
You might want to check out "who" really made them and their ID code and see what others have to say about their compatability with your set up:

As well, you should always verify your burn. That media could be improved, too and your firmware is way outa date (see here.

I've always kept right away from 'firmware', given I haven't got a clue what I'm doing with it. And the following warning on the Dangerous Brothers website freaked me out.

"These pages are only for advanced users. Bad flashing could destroy your drive definitively. Read carefully the installation notes of your firmware before you upgrade. The Firmware Page and the drive manufacturer can't be responsable on REMEMBER: This is at your own risk!!!!"
