    Trouble with Elektra

Have been having trouble backing up Elektra.

I first just used DVD Shrink 3.2. It had no proble analyzing and encoding the movie. When it tried to burn the movie I got the following message:
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
    Failed to read file "F:\"
    Data error (cyclic redundancy check.)

I also tried using DVD Shrink 3.1 and got the same error message.

I then tried using Decrypter (most current version). I tried both copying all the files and also making an ISO. I got the following message trying both ways:
    I/O Error!
    Device: [0:0:0] LITE-ON DVD SOHD-167T 9S19 (F (ATA)
    ScsiStatus: 0x02
    Interpretation: Check Condition

    CDB: 28 00 00 3D 18 B0 00 00 01 00
    Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: 4004016

    Sense Area: 70 00 03 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 11 06 00 00 00 00
    Interpretation: CIRC Unrecovered Error

I am using the same media that I always have. Have had no problems burning any other movies before either. Haven't changed any of my settings in DVD Shrink, Decrypter, or Nero.

I can't remember what versin of Nero I am currently using.

F drive is my DVD drive and G is my burner.

Update your drives firmware to 921B HERE

Your disc seems to need to be cleaned as the I/O error is suggesting in DVDD. Try cleaning it and updating firmware then rerun DVDD .iso read mode. Post a full burn log if it fails again.
