Dvd region problems

When i go to open a DVD another screen pops up, a Dvd Region screen, and the message goes on say your drive allows to change the region 0 more times, because ive changed it a couple of times in the past, is there a way to reset or get around this glitch any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i forgot to mention i was using the Dvd shrink program

I believe you should be doing a search for a program named "DVD RegionFree"...
