seed of chucky help

hi im trying to burn seed of chucky and dvd shrink keeps saying error and shuting down can anyone help me please

Welcome to the forums julias mom! Rip the movie first with DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 , then open it up in DVD Shrink using the "Open Files" button (not "Open Disc") and select the "VIDEO_TS" folder DVD Decrypter made.

Same Problem with Seed

I used Decrypter (last ver) to rip the ISO and MDS files. Opened it up in Shrink, as instructed. I get the following error:

DVD Shrink has encountered an error and cannot continue.
Programming error-exception occurred.
The handle is invalid.


Any ideas?

By the way, the ISO that I ripped PLAYS just fine in PowerDVD 4.1. New protection, maybe?

Try ripping in "FILE" mode, not "ISO" mode.

A little clarification to the suggestion made by "jmet", when using DVD Decrypter:


Use DVD Decrypter v.3.54 to "rip" the DVD to your hard drive in "File" mode - and from the "Edit" dropdown menu, select "All files" (NOT "movie files").

Then use DVD Shrink v.3.2xxx to "Open files" (NOT "Open Disk")

At the afterdawn.com forum this DVD was claimed not to work with ver 3.5.4.0.

It's an ARccOS DVD.

But it works for StonedJuggalo.
