I just bought a new computer about two weeks ago, an hp, and it came with a dual layer dvd burner. Whenever I use dvd shrink to compress a movie, I still use regular dvds as dual layers are quite expensive, my read speed is about 1.5 KB/s. Shouldn't it be a lot faster than that? Is there any way to make it faster? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
