can any one tell me what mean this message in nero when i burn data on dvd rom

The message is self-explanatory, which part of it don't you understand?

The first part is telling you that you are writing a multisession disc.

The second part is telling you that all sessions prior to the one you are currently writing will not be recognized by some drives and/or O/Ss earlier than XP.
