I would have them by now if it wasn't for the usual crap postal service.
I had problems before and paid more money for a different courier and got the same treatment. The guy rang the doorbell and must have waited all 2 seconds before leaving with my package. I now have to wait until Monday and hope the guy waits a bit longer.
I also hope no dvd cases get broken as the package is on the move so much.Comment

I know what you mean with the delivery guys, it seems they can't go back until they attempt delivery or empty the truck and they usually rush like hell here. Not registered Go here and click register to join the Digital Digest Forums

I'm pretty sure UPS needs a signature also unless you stated it is ok to leave with out a signature. Same with FEDEX.
My buddy gotta 2 VCR's back in the day when they were $$$. UPS left the 1st one on his step, rang the door bell ,as he was walking to the closed front door to get it he seen the UPS truck pulling. It was in the JVC box with a shipping label on it. He waited a few days and called UPS about not receiving it. They said it was delivered and they had a signature. He said it ain't mine. He got the second VCR for free. Not registered Go here and click register to join the Digital Digest Forums

Your friend/buddy is a thief. Different ethic here in the south.
Of course as more northerners move here it adapts. Noone in
this area wants to have to be home to get deliveries, for my computer
business I pick up everything at the main fedex warehouse, haven't been
id'd in months.

I know someone waiting for a package and the van turned up. He went straight to the door and noticed that the guy didn't have the package at all. He already had a "missed you" card done and went to put it through the door. He was not happy.
My package will also require a signature. They just don't wait for people to get to the door.Comment

I got the discs and first impresssions are good. They are silver unbranded in spindles of 50. I checked DVDInfoPro and they are TDK G02.
I am currently burning a few discs and I will post the final verdict later on. They TV recordings done with TMPGenc DVD Author.Comment

There are three separate orders there.
200 Ridisc's DVD-R's (in tubs of 10 - 5 x 4 stacks)
150 of the cheap discs just ordered (one tub shows some taken out)
They will keep me sorted for a whileComment
