    Help

    ok i am new to backing up DVD's. i have done 15 so far and have had no trouble. Using dvd shrink it would take about an hour os so to complete a backup. Then it got up to two hours now i cant complete a backup. something happens and the burn process fails. here is the last one i tried.

    can anyone see what has changed or tell me what i might be doing wrong. I have not changed anything i am still doing the process just like i did when i was having success. But all of a sudden it has quit working.

      i think your DMA being off did this

          An illegal request was detected because there was a "Invalid field in CDB". Your burner is unable to support/process this command sent to it. Possible corruption on Nero software. Recommend you upgrade seeing you are using an old version of Nero.

              thanks for the help. i will upgrade the nero and my dma is as it should be.hopefully this will solve the problems.

                      Well i am back in business after updating the nero. Every thing is working fine now the speed of the process is averaging 44 minutes. Thanks for the help
