Nec 3450a

If you want a fantastic burner, pick up the NEC 3450A. I own its earlier model the 3520A, and love it. I am thinking of buying this one to replace the 3520A I have. Best part is, its only 39.99 + 4.00 shipping. That is dirt cheap! - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827152046

There's gotta be something wrong, I have bought at least 10 of the 3520/40's,
they keep getting cheaper, love lots of media, burn and keep on burning, whats funny
is when I was messing with digitizing karaoke cd's, I got better reads of the
subchannel video data than from our premium Plextor cd burners, which cost more.
This just isn't right! And now I find out that with the "hacked" firmware, they rip
faster than a Lite-on Combo drive, the previous champion.
