I used DVD Shrink and it says the burning process was completed and it looks like the disc is full?? Thanks in advance!!

OK I have two stand alone's and both (ILO DVDRO4 & Emerson EWD7003) play all my backups besides this one? I use maxwell dvd-rs(ritekg04). I usually use DVD shrink to rip it to my hard drive and DVD santa to burn it with Anydvd running. I have tried that twice and it didn't work. Then I tried DVDFab and DVD shrink twice and it didn't work?? I have the nero log file of it and it is:

Current Nero is 6.6.0.16 also you should look at freeing up some memory you only have 66MB free which means potential buffer underruns and errors.

just noticed 2COOLs Nero link is pointing to rpc, try this one

In Nero StartSmart in the bottom right hand corner you'll see the circle of flames. This takes you to the Nero Product center to manually check for updates. There is also an option to automatically check for updates. This is in the 6.6.0.16 full version, not sure about your old version, I don't remember.
