Pioneer dvr-108 firmware, please help.

I would trully appreciated if anyone could give me a hand upgrading my Pioneer's dvr-108 firmware. I currently have 1.14 and I downloaded the latest upgrade from the Pioneer site. When I attempt to execute the upgrade I get a "Available Target is not Found" message. I verified my harware and I don't know what could be the problem. The firmware update consist of 2 files: R8100108.120 and UPGR108.exe. I try executing the from a command line and from within explorer, my system has windows 2000.

is it possible you downloaded the wrong firmware? try here http://www.pioneeraus.com.au/computer/firmware.html

make sure your drive is connected to the secondary ide port, and set to 'master'. also make sure there are no other drives on the same channel (cable)
