Whent the burn is complete the image and the sounds arent insync

When I burn a file into dvd form using nero vision express sometimes the sound and the image dont line up. When I view the file on the computer before I burn it; it seems fine, but when transfered to a dvd its off. any advice how to solve this problem?

nero is probably re-encoding the file and causing the audio/video sync problem. After nero re-encodes the file save it to your hard drive and see if the audio and video are in sync before you burn it.

i believe nero is encoding it aswell, i'd suggest using a better program for encoding than nero.

can you suggest any better programs? By the way, the advice so far is much appreciated

i use tmpgenc for dvd conversions
