How can I test used blank RW media for pre-burn quality?

@rbrtpl - I use partition magic and it can be done using it. It gives you the option to use whatver file system you want on each partiton.

I started calling it partmagic, but there some guy from Cynthia's neck of
the woods could come by and fix(read) the fat tables(handful of these
types worldwide), drive translation problems et all, way over my head!
