Which is Better TYG01 or TYG02

which one is better. if im right the TYG01 are the ones that burn at 4x and the TYG02 are the ones that burn faster.

Correct.

Any TY dye will be fine. Personally I find 4x to be plenty fast enough. I'd rather go for 4x dye as it would be better burning discs at the rated 4x speed rather than burning a 8x slower at 4x.
