I have plenty(200+) of TY dvd-r4x and I was just trying to get another
type of media to see if test results can be duplicated, I hope the ritek
16x would be of sufficent quality for the test. Blu may wonder by! I will be burning all disks at 4x. It'll be a shrink, decrypter/imgburn, nero, SHOOTOUT
AKA OK CORRAL STYLE! I'll either eat Crow or crow a lot, vbg!
As any scientist knows, results don't mean squat if they can't be duplicated.
2 medias is my limit tho.
I'm anxious to see the results of your 'shootout'.
I keep suggesting these and one of these days will pick up a couple spindles myself. If you have a Micro Center nearby, I'd suggest trying a spindle of their UME - WinData 8x 4.7GB DVD+R Discs. It was reported by vw56german that the media code on them is YUDEN000T02 @ 50 for $15 (regular price!) it sounds like a great deal on TY media, even if it's second class TY and you need to have them shipped, it seems worth checking out.
And I think Staples has Sony +R's on sale this week 50 @ $17.50 or thereabouts, the MIJ should be TY.
If you hadn't said something about not being able to duplicate results
and blu didn't trash nero so much, I never would have gotten into this mess.
Ordering 150 now, 4 computers, 3 medias, now the roundtuits. Building my
super economy amd64 gaming system right now(too bad shrink didn't
optimize for that, what a waste).
43.94$/150= 29.33333333333333333cents/ea to the door
thanks!
not sure about sony's anymore, they switched once and I got burnt!
