Where is the problem in DVD-R??

I have been using DVD Shrink for a few months and been using the same type of discs to record (Samsung DVD+RW). I needed to buy some more so this weekend I bought some TDK DVD-R. Put the discs in...and nothing. DVD shrink won't recognise the disc. Any reasons???????

it could be a number of things.
check your firmware and make sure you have the newest.
what programme are you burning with?

Was the rip successful? Can you play it on your HDD? Can you post a log of the program you are burning with and the program you ripped it with? Is it Nero Or DVD Decrypter you burn with?
