ISO/UDF? What is the difference?

When I use Plextools to burn discs it ask me if I want ISO, ISO/UDF, or just UDF when burning a DVD.

What is the functionality of these settings and what is the best to choose when copying DVD's.

They are just file formats.

All players read UDF 1.02

PCs on XP also natively read UDF. Older PCs read ISO.

Best to use ISO/UDF bridge and select UDF 1.02 for UDF and ISO 9660 for ISO.
